(CMA) – This vital report will determine what other homes have
sold for in your neighborhood. This report will outline active
listings, expired listings and sold homes. It will list pricing
and other data which will help you in pricing your home. (This
report is subject to availability of recent sales in your
neighborhood)

(normally 3%) to a buyer's agent. If the property is sold
without a buyer's agent, you pay ONLY
1.25% COMMISSION!
- Come To Closing – Many deals have fallen apart at the closing table. Part of the
reason for this is because many times the closing attorney does
not finalize the settlement statement until the day of closing.
Usually the buyer and seller don’t see the final settlement
statement until they reach the attorneys office, and numbers
change. We will be there to review the documentation, answer any
questions you may have and assist you in finalizing your home
sale to the very end.
