Step 2:
A. If you live within metro Atlanta
(Gwinnett, Fulton, Dekalb or Cobb counties) you may schedule an
appointment or submit your listing online.
B. If you live outside metro Atlanta we
can only service you via. Internet online submission, Fax or Mail ONLY.
We serve the following counties by
Internet online submission, Fax or Mail ONLY: Banks, Barrow, Bartow,
Butts, Carroll, Cherokee, Clayton, Coweta, Dawson, Douglas, Fayette,
Floyd, Franklin, Forsyth, Gordon, Hall, Hart, Henry, Jackson, Jasper,
Lumpkin, Meriwether, Newton, Paulding, Pickens, Pike, Polk, Rockdale,
Spalding, Troup, and Walton Counties.
Step 3:
A. Appointment: We meet you at
your home to complete the necessary paperwork and collect payment, install
your yard sign & lockbox (if added to package), take photo of your home
and give you the appropriate forms packet.
B. Online: Complete the ordering
process by clicking the box that says “Complete your Order” below,
selecting your real estate plan and making payment via our online order
system.
Step 4:
A. Appointment: List-4-Less will
input your home into the listing services and fax or email you a copy to
review.
B. Online: List-4-Less will
input your listing into the listing services and fax or email you a copy
to review. We will also mail out the yard sign, lockbox (if ordered) and
additional forms the next business day. ** List-4-Less pays shipping
cost ** (Depending on time of order, shipment may be mailed the same
day.)
Step 5:
List-4-Less will have 1 exterior photo
taken of the listing. (except participants of the “Full Service & Elite
Plans” which by appointment or online submission would receive 4 extra
photos free.) If you would like to have additional photos of your home
posted on your listing, you may send us up to 9 additional photos at the
cost of $10 each.
Step 6:
At this point your listing is active in
both multiple listing services MLS and FMLS, and ready for
showings.
